Shipping and return policies 

Our product information pages provide an in-depth overview of what the books contain with example pages included. At this time, all purchases are final sale. If the product arrives damaged, you may send proof of damage to our email (info@eduke.ca) and we will be happy to send you a new book within 48 hours of your inquiry.

Shipping: Canada

Shipping is a flat fee of $8.50 across Canada via Canada Post and takes 5-10 business days to arrive. 

A discounted shipping of $3.50 is offered for delivery across Calgary, Alberta and takes 1-2 business days.

Shipping:  USA and International 

​

Shipping is a flat fee of $15 for delivery to USA or Internationally. We ship worldwide.

International orders are shipped through Canada Post and will take 5-12 business ays to arrive .

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped. This email will also contain a tracking number to allow you to track the progress of your delivery. 

​

Please note that after an order has been shipped we are unable to amend delivery details.

We are not responsible for any import duties.
